While surfing through the Internet, I discovered an important attribute of The Empire - the domain name emperor.world - to be orphaned, and I decided to fix that for the benefit of humanity.
My plans:
1. To be crowned as the only successor of past empires, approximately on the day of Pentecost 2033.
2. On the same day, introduce as imperial laws the most important international conventions, at least from sections IV, XXIII, XXIV and XXVI of UN Treaty Collection.
3. To mint a coin.
4. And immediately abolish the empire to hell forever, allowing, as an exception, the retention of the title for the Emperor of Japan, since he already exists.
